    Listed is a
    GREAT
    old Vintage framed hand cut paper portrait Silhouette (some call the art Scherenshnitte) of a "Nineteens or possible 1920's." It shows the wide tie, straw hat and mustache the style of those early years. The back of the frame has "Made in Belgium" embossed on it. The white has little, VERY FAINT foxing (which is usual for this age paper). All-in-all a great little Folk Art piece measuring 6" x 4".
